Job Description
Role Overview
Anugat AI is looking for a Founder's Office intern to work directly with the founder on everything the company needs to move forward — content creation, operations, coordination, documentation, sales support, and market research. This is a high-commitment, high-ownership role. You will not be given a checklist. You will be expected to take tasks end-to-end, figure out the missing pieces yourself, and deliver without being chased. This role is not suited to anyone looking for a low-effort, resume-line internship.
Commitment Structure
- 6 days per week
- 4 days in-office (6–8 hours/day) — Saturday and Sunday are fixed, plus 2 weekdays scheduled around your class timetable
- 2 days remote (3 hours/day)
- Built for student flexibility — in-office weekday slots move with your college schedule, only the weekend days are fixed
Required Qualifications
- Currently based in Ranchi (mandatory, given in-office commitment)
- Strong written communication — you will create content and documentation regularly
- Ability to take ownership of tasks without step-by-step direction
- Comfortable juggling multiple types of work in the same week (content, ops, sales, coordination)
- Reliable and organized — this role touches real operations, not just internal projects
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, or Excel
- Ability to actually research something — not just copy-paste AI-generated answers
- Willingness to learn and implement things outside your current skillset with minimal hand-holding
Things That Will Come in Handy (Nice to Have)
- Decent video editing and content creation skills
- Good verbal communication — comfortable speaking English
- Market research skills
- Understanding of basic sales frameworks and how to apply them
- Prior experience with social media content or design tools
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation across formats (written, video, social)
- Operational coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Documentation of processes, decisions, and workflows
- Sales support including lead generation and follow-up
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Whatever else the week actually needs — this is a dynamic, unstructured role
Compensation Details
- Up to ₹10,000/month including stipend, travel allowance, and food allowance
- Additional performance-based incentives on lead conversions
- Minimum 2-day advance notice required for any planned absence
*Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated contribution and performance.

Full-Time Opportunity
Strong performance can lead to a full-time offer at market compensation. Full-time conversion is not guaranteed, but it is the reason we are structuring the role this way.
Job Description
Role Overview
Anugat AI is seeking a UI/UX Designer on a two-month contract to own the design function across our product surface. You will work directly with the founder on production interfaces — dashboards, core modules, design system foundations, and the flows that carry our most complex screens. This is not a redesign exercise or a portfolio project. Everything you design will ship. This role is designed for experienced designers who already operate independently. We are not looking for beginners or candidates starting out.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX work with shipped products you can walk us through
- Advanced Figma craft — auto layout, variants, components, tokens; not static mockups
- Freelance or contract experience — you scope, self-manage, and deliver without hand-holding
- Practical exposure to AI/SaaS products: dashboard design, data-dense interfaces, permissions and roles, multi-user states
- Ability to work from an ambiguous brief and return with a defensible direction
- A portfolio of real product work — not coursework, redesign concepts, or unbriefed visual studies
- If you cannot take a vague problem and ship a finished, considered interface from it, this role will not be a good fit.
Nice to Have
- B2B or institutional product design experience
- Prototyping and micro-interaction work
- Comfort with design-to-code handoff
- Experience building or maintaining design systems at scale
Key Responsibilities
- Design production UI across the core dashboard and product modules
- Build and maintain a design system — components, variants, tokens, states
- Design data-dense flows: reporting, admin controls, permissions, bulk actions
- Handle the unglamorous states properly — empty, loading, error, edge cases
- Prepare clean, unambiguous handoff for engineering
- Design occasional marketing surfaces where they carry weight
- Make and defend design decisions without waiting for direction
Compensation & Terms
- ₹30,000 for the full two-month engagement
- Remote, with sync calls as needed (team is based in Ranchi)
- Part-time, outcome-based — shipped work matters, hours logged do not
- Continuation is performance-based. Anugat AI reserves the right to discontinue the contract if contribution or engagement does not meet expectations
- You will be told clearly where you stand before month two ends
*Compensation is fixed for the contract period. Full-time conversion, if offered, will be at market compensation.
